As a full-time REALTOR registered with the Southern Georgian Bay Association of REALTORS, I have worked with my partner and Mother since 2012. As a previous owner of a store on the Main street of Collingwood, Ontario I utilize the customer service, marketing and social media skills to help our client's with buying and selling Real Estate throughout Collingwood, Thornbury and Meaford as well as other communities across Southern Georgian Bay.

I grew up in the town of Collingwood and spent most of my time on the slopes of Osler Bluff and Blue Mountain. I attended CCI and then after graduating like many Ontario kids I ventured to the West Coast where I skied for two years in Whistler. After Whistler I moved to Vancouver and went to culinary school in Vancouver at the Dubrulle Culinary Institute where I received my diploma in Culinary Arts. I then moved home and met my husband to be who also grew up in Collingwood, Andrew Peycha, who was working on his artistic career. His parents, Riki and Eugene Peycha, owned at the time Stuart Ellis Pharmacy here in Collingwood.

I continued to pursue my culinary career for 5 years and also attended George Brown and received my diploma in Culinary Management. Always wanting a business of my own I purchased in 2007 a store on the main street of Collingwood called Gardens Nest and enjoyed every minute of it! I was now a third generation storeowner in our family on the main street of Collingwood. In 2009 Andrew and I grew our family with the birth of our son Rory. While working in the store fulltime and raising our son, I thought I could also take on another career and follow in my mother's footsteps and started to take my real estate license. After receiving my license I was able to join Chestnut Park here in Collingwood. I thought for a while I would have both the store and my Real Estate career, but one day a lady named Ann came into the store and asked me if I would be willing to sell it to her. It was a very exciting time for my family and I. I'm now working with my Mom fulltime at Royal LePage Locations North in Collingwood and enjoying the adventures of Real Estate!

I love working in living in Collingwood and the surrounding Southern Georgian Bay area and can't wait to help my clients' learn about the area and enjoy it as much as I do

I have been licenced as a Realtor with the Georgian Triangle Real Estate Baord since 2000 and believe that I could not have chosen a more exciting time to sell real estate in the Town of Collingwood and the surrounding area. Jozo's dream of a village at the foot of Blue Mountain has become a reality. Wasaga Beach is seeing unprecedented growth while Creemore and Meaford are little secrets waiting to be discovered. Thornbury's quaint main street is home to wonderful shops and restaurants and the side streets offer beautiful old stately houses. Collingwood itself is seeing a surge in population but our main street is still a lovely relaxing place to enjoy shopping and eating.

I grew up in the Kingsway area of Toronto but from an early age spent all my recreational time in Collingwood. My dad was one of the founding members of the Osler Bluff Ski Club and we spent all our weekends and summers at the family ski cabin. In the early 70's our family made the move to Collingwood full time.

After attending college to become a paralegal I moved back to Collingwood and met and married my husband Ron whose family have strong roots in Collingwood. his mother's family owned and operated Sandells, a butcher shop that serviced not only the local families but the ships that came into the harbour at the time. I have two great daughters, Carley and Abbey, and am the proud mother-in law to Abbey's husband, Andrew Peycha and grammie to their son, Rory. We often tease that the girls are fourth generation Collingwood girls!

I feel very fortunate to be able to live and raise my family in Collingwood. For those of you who live here, I know you must feel the same as I do. Where else can you work all day then enjoy an evening on the ski slopes with your friends or savor the calmness of Georgian Bay on a hot summer night. Some of you might live further afield but enjoy escaping to the area for a day on the hills or some great hiking and biking.

I love living, working and selling Real Estate in Collingwood and Southern Georgian Bay. It is a wonderful experience to show Buyers the area and help them find that perfect home, whether it is a full time residence or a recreational weekend home in Collingwood, Thornbury, Wasaga Beach or Meaford.
